1. Our Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Aroma Tea & Coffee Merchants (the seller) to the customer (the purchaser) named on the order form provided on the Aroma Tea & Coffee Merchants website. Together with the completed order form, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.
You can buy products from us online using your credit or debit card. Our payment service providers, PayPal provide a secure purchasing environment online and handle all credit and debit card payments. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Electron, Delta, PayPal Account.

3b. The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our web site at the time you place your order.
Delivery times depend on the service selected and destination country. More about delivery services and times. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us right away if your goods do not arrive when expected and we will investigate.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.
When placing an order with Aroma Tea & Coffee Merchants, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.
We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them.
Aroma Tea & Coffee Merchants can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the product(s) purchased.
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use our website.

We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by using these sites, which extends to the information, products or services displayed on those sites.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, or personal information to any third party other than our a reputable courier company for the sole purpose of delivering your goods The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
Payment Card Security Aroma Tea & Coffee Merchants uses PayPal, as our payment processing partner to handle your credit card details. PayPal protect your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems and none of the financial details you submit to PayPal are revealed to ourselves or stored on our system.
Shipping & DeliveryPosting times for individual cards:
1. Orders will be despatched within 2-3 working days at normal times.
2. Orders will be despatched within 4-5 working days at busy times, ie Valentines, Mothering Sunday, Fathers Day & Christmas.

All orders are suitably packaged and sent via first class post. Delivery normally takes between 1-4 days but you need to allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
At Aroma Tea & Coffee Merchants we aim to exceed your expectations. All our products are to the highest quality and describe them in as much detail as possible to avoid any disappointment when they arrive. If, however, you receive goods from us that do not meet your expectations for whatever reason, you can return them to us in an unused condition within 21 days for a refund or exchange.
To request a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state your order number and/or name and address and the reason for the return and we will advise you where to return your goods. We recommend you either obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, or send your goods by Recorded Delivery. The goods will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.
• The goods must be returned to us unused and in its original condition for a refund. If unwanted goods are not re-saleable then we cannot provide a refund.
• We will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 7 working days of its receipt, or will despatch to you an alternative where agreed.
• Delivery charges, return postage and gift wrapping/gift message charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty.
In the unusual event that your product is faulty or was damaged in transit, you must inform us by email email@example.com. A customer services representative will then advise you where to send your return to.
On receipt of the faulty goods we will send you a replacement or provide you with a refund. We will also reimburse your return postage costs for Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or equivalent.
We will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 7 working days of its receipt or will provide a replacement where agreed.
