This is a medium strength black china tea with orange peel and flavourings. Orange has a rich zesty flavour but not as acidic as the lemon which made it smoother to drink. It’s a great source of vitamin C and is a great alternative to adding sugar to the drink.
Oranges originate from the same areas that Yunnan and Assam are grown in the southeast of the Himalayans. Oranges are mentioned in literature from as early as 314 BC and were a stable fruit of sailors because they don’t spoil easily.
